Purchasing from our store

Products purchased through our store are digital products, which will be accessible immediately after purchase via a download link on your order confirmation page. The download link and information will also be emailed to you, at the email address you provided when placing your order. 

Digital products returns and refunds

All sales of digital products downloadable upon confirmation of purchase are final. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can contact us at hello@ignitelearningcompany.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the digital product you receive is defective, damaged or if you did not receive access to download your product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
